Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist that can be seen on HLN, CNN, and different platforms. In addition, she is co-executive producer and on-camera for an DIY NETWORK TV show called Last House Running that aired on in March of 2012. Bonnie's book EXTREME WINTER was released by Palgrave Macmillan, on 31 January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignment reporter, she covered each week for three hours on entertainment, lifestyle, and news. She worked at WFOR-TV as a meteorologist on weekends prior to moving over to WB56. She's held a variety of reports and meteorology positions, including: News 12 Long Island, a 24-hour cable news TV network as well as WXII-TV which is the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She also worked for an affiliate of the CBS Network located in New York City as a frequent meteorologist filling in on The Saturday Early Show.
